On Windows Server 2008, PowerTermTerminalServerAgent.exe must be installed with the command-line flag /VNODRIVER=1, as follows:
1) Install WebConnect Server without installing WebConnect Terminal Server Agent.
2) Start -> Run
3) "C:\Program Files\Ericom Software\WebConnect 5.6\AddOns\TerminalServerAgent\PowerTermTerminalServerAgent.exe" /VNODRIVER=1
4) Click OK.
Please make sure that you have Administrator permissions while installing this package. In case that you are using RDP connection to the server, please run mstsc in "\console" mode.
