How can I avoid Keypad problems that arise from the Num Lock switching automatically from On to Off and vice versa?

1) Run WebConnect Administration Tool.

2) Double click on the relevant connection.

3) Click the Settings button.

4) In the General tab, set Keypad to Numeric.
