1. Open PowerTerm Administration Tool.
2. Go to File > Configuration > Main.
3. This will open up PtServer.ini configuration file.
4. In the file, please scroll down to the section with the following text.

; LPD/LPR
;----------------
LPD_ListenPort=<Default>
LPD_UseConnectingLprMachineName=True
5. Change these settings as follows:
LPD_ListenPort=None
6. Go to File> Save.
7. Reboot the PowerTerm WebConnect Server (You can choose to only restart the
PowerTerm WebConnect Service) so that the new settings are in place.
