For master-child environments, please configure WebConnect as follows:
1) Run WebConnect Administration Tool
2) Click on the Server menu -> Directory Services
3) Configure all the domains to use "Windows Authentication (Kerberos)"
4) Click on the "Browse" (...) button in order to verify that WebConnect can access the directory service and show the organization units. |
