I have installed the IIS (Internet Information Server) on Windows 2008 Server. When the user runs Application Portal, he receives the following error: HTTP - Failed 404.3 - Not Found.

On the IIS server:
Open Server Manager -> Roles -> WebServer IIS-> Role Services, and Make sure that ASP and ASP.NET are installed (allowed).
