How can I set the Page Orientation to Portrait at the user level

1) Open in the WebConnect DataBase the Users folder, generally at: C:\Program Files\Ericom Software\WebConnect 5.5\DataBase\Users

2) Open the folder of the relevant user.

3) Open the .pts file.

4) Add the following line at the bottom of the file: Page-Orientation=Portrait

5) Save and Exit the file.
