"Failed to instantiate broker" - error message-WC

One of the users receives the following error message while trying to connect to the WebConnect Server:  "Failed to instantiate broker". How do I fix this?
  
answer "Failed to instantiate broker" error message can be fixed by the following procedure:

1) Log on to the client PC with a local administrator account.

2) Make sure that WebConnect client was not manually installed (simply check the Add\Remove Programs for WebConnect RemoteView or HostView client, and remove it if exists).

3) Open CMD window (Start -> Run -> CMD) and go to the following folder (cd command):
C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files

4)  In the folder mentioned above, delete all PowerTerm WebConnect`s files (begin with "Pt").

5)  In case that the same folder contains folder\s named  "conflict" delete them as well.
