In order to publish "My Documents" for all the users, please follow the steps below:
1) Run WebConnect Administration Tool.
2) Publish Internet Explorer (iexplore.exe)
3) Set the following parameter:

4) Complete the publishing process using the desired configuration.
Notes:
A. If you want the folder tree in the left panel, please use the following parameter:
-e ::{450D8FBA-AD25-11D0-98A8-0800361B1103}
B. You may publish "My Computer" using the parameter:
::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}
