Japanese Solution Provider Leverages Ericom’s Remote Browser Isolation Platform to Help Organizations Achieve Internet Separation
San Francisco, CA, (March 6, 2019) – Ericom Software, a leading global provider of solutions for securing and connecting the unified workspace, today announced that Osaki Computer Engineering Co., Ltd. (OCE), a provider of IT solutions in Japan, has launched a cloud-based secure browsing service powered by Ericom Shield. Leveraging Ericom’s remote browser isolation (RBI) technology, OCE’s solution addresses a growing need among Japanese organizations to isolate their internal networks and endpoint devices from the Internet, a policy commonly known as Internet separation.

Ericom Shield executes all web content in disposable containers located in a remote isolated environment. Users interact with websites via a safe media stream that is sent to their browser and provides a natural, seamless and fully interactive browsing experience, while ensuring that no web content comes in contact with endpoints or organizational networks.
