These experienced professionals are tasked with further developing, refining, and executing on Ericom’s strategic business partnerships and channel-led go-to-market model. Based on this model, Ericom recently announced record growth of its remote browsing isolation (RBI) solution, Ericom Shield, a key part of its portfolio of secure web and application access solutions.

- Simon Moran, Vice President Business Development – Moran is responsible for Ericom’s global technology partner business development efforts, including defining the company’s partnership strategy and execution for strategic relationships. He joins Ericom from Symantec, where he was Vice President of Business Development for the company’s cloud security business. Moran joined Symantec via its acquisition of Blue Coat Systems, and previously held multiple customer and channel-facing executive roles at Oracle Corporation.
- Michael Santacross, Director of Channels, Americas – A proven leader of channel business, Santacross leads Ericom’s channel strategy and relationships in the Americas. He brings nearly 20 years of experience across various sales, channel sales, and business development roles spanning value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, early-stage start-ups, and large enterprises. He has deep experience in scaling teams and building proven channel programs that accelerate growth for existing and new partners, accomplishing this at multiple companies, such as Symantec where he was North American Director for Service Provider Channels, and Zscaler, a pioneer in cloud security, where he was a Channel Manager.
- Matthew Howes, Director of Channels, EMEA – Howes is an accomplished channel development leader with a successful track record of cybersecurity sales. Responsible for Ericom’s channel distribution and reseller relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, he will help drive growth for the company’s regional partners. Howes knows the reseller business well, having worked in sales for multiple VARs in addition to supporting the channel as a vendor. He joins Ericom from Symantec, where he was a Channel Account Manager and, most recently, a Global Account Director for Symantec’s service provider business.
